Let’s move together and help some animals! Enjoy a 50 minute yoga fusion inside Best Friends Animal Society. Consider bringing a bag of dry dog or cat food and stay after class to meet some of the available animals. This class is designed for all ages and fitness levels and yoga mats are provided.
